Partners
The GRACE project is delivered by a consortium of 26 organisations from 16 EU Member States and one associated country.
This partnership brings together academic institutions, research centres, public authorities, regional agencies, private companies, and NGOs. Each contributes complementary expertise in areas such as climate change adaptation, multi-risk modelling, governance, social innovation, and digitalisation.
Together, these partners combine scientific knowledge, practical experience, and community engagement to strengthen climate resilience across Europe’s remote rural regions.
